Who we are
Meet the PW team.
Our Team

It's a good thing Shai Peer uses his powers for good and not evil.
Shai, AKA Admiral Internet, is always plugged in… tirelessly fighting bad media strategies and hideous web presences. Courageous as he may be, his only weaknesses are cell phone dead zones and strong magnetic fields.
On the outside Shai may appear to be a no-nonsense internet guru… but did you know he sings and plays guitar, practices martial arts and makes a mean potato latke? It's true.
An international man of media, Shai is always ahead of the curve on tomorrow's technology. With years of experience navigating the Internet, Shai looks forward to having you sail with him. Together you will obliterate your competition...then do a victory dance. So if you are ready to GO, call Shai.

A genie is a supernatural creature who does one's bidding & influences mankind when summoned. Paula is not a genie. But, if you need someone to give your advertising a slap upside the head or perhaps a fire lit under your brand, then Paula is your gal.
The "big idea" often wakes her up at 3am, so she's learned to keep a pad and pen by her bed (although she is not above writing on her hand if necessary).
A creative thinker, Paula brings to the table cool ideas and the ability to inspire & motivate.
Her broad experience ranges from writing, producing and directing for several ad agencies, film & video production companies, television stations, branding boutiques, as well as working on the "client side". Paula has successfully managed projects for both national & local accounts from concept through completion and is able to grasp your ideas quickly and jump into the creative process at any stage.
Whether creating new content for Social Media applications or even just refreshing (or resurrecting) the overall look and feel of your existing brand, Paula really enjoys working at PW with different teams on various projects & collaborating with clients to help them find their voice.

Having empathy means putting yourself in the customer's shoes. Fortunately for you, Toni Congersky loves shoes.
Toni is PW Media's customer service superstar. She knows that great customer service is the backbone of any successful business & believes that we are partners. When you succeed, we succeed... Toni will make sure of it.
Having been with PW Media since its inception, Toni knows this business inside out and no one is quicker to the keyboard when it comes down to solving your problems.
As a devoted wife and mother, Toni lives by the Golden Rule, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you". Anyone that knows her will say that she always has your back, unless of course you are playing against her in pool. Toni plays a mean game of eight-ball & will likely kick your butt... as nicely as possible, of course.
She loves the reward of taking ownership of a problem, creating a solution and seeing a customer's frown turned upside-down. She's always calm, cool and collected even while tackling the most complicated issues.
Toni Congersky is unshakable. Why, you ask? It's because nothing will frazzle a woman whose kid plays the drums...

Tsahi is PW Media's Art Manager.
With his many years of experience, Tsahi has designed tons of websites, user interfaces, logos & much more. His keen eye assures that what he designs is beautiful, functional & ultimately leads to conversion.
Besides loving art & design, Tsahi has a passion for music.
Sadly, this is sometimes unfortunate for those around him....Tsahi believes that ANYTHING can be a drum, a table, a box, a chair, a refrigerator, whatever is available in front of him. (The good news is, they stock a lot of Advil at his house.)
Tsahi enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 beautiful children. He especially loves watching movies with them.
Tsahi is enthusiastic about taking on any design challenge. He will always dedicate 100% of himself in order to make things "perfect" for any job, big or small. Have no fear... because when it comes to design, Tsahi is totally on it.

Avivit is the "muscle" behind PW Media's innovative research and development. Without her, it'd be like diving head first into shallow water. As our lead developer, Avivit pulls from her incredibly broad knowledge base to bring PW's applications and websites to life. Her background includes having acted as team leader for Cingular/AT&T's iPhone release, among other notable projects.
Make no mistake, Avivit is not "all work and no play". Just get her out on a basketball court and between jump shots and 3 pointers, she'll give you a run for your money. She's a pretty darn good basketball player! And did we mention she is quite the graceful dancer as well? She also enjoys reading, Zumba at the gym and spending time with her two wonderful children.
PW is thrilled to have Avivit as an integral part of the team. She always keeps PW way ahead of the technology curve.... Avivit really is a computer super-genius.

Without Jane, we might as well be spitting into the wind.
From humble beginnings working at a potato chip company, Jane perfected her attention to detail by pulling out the brown, burnt chips on the factory line. Jane now uses her razor sharp sense of quality control at PW Media.
To say that Jane is organized is an understatement. Working in an office all day with the whirlwind that is Shai, she has to be. Even as PW Media's Account Services Manager, Jane manages to keep completely up-to-date on everything from processing payments to updating clients, invoicing, maintaining reports and she even makes sure we've all got our shoelaces tied.
Don't let the fact that she loves pink fool you. Jane is tough as nails. As a proud cancer survivor, horseback rider and Zumba enthusiast... it's hard for her grandkids to even keep up with her! In other words, Jane is the glue that hold us all together. Once you meet her, you'll understand.

Morgan (Mo) is the real deal. She has a true passion for coding.... yes, seriously.
Mo is always in complete control of PW's computer applications and is consistently enthusiastic about completing any task assigned to her. She knows from her Military experience that no "project" ever gets left behind.....
Mo is NOT the typical computer coder stereotype you may be envisioning. When Mo is not sitting at her
computer, she is riding motorcycles, jet skis, boats and working out at the gym.
She's hardcore!
And of course, more than anything else, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 beautiful children...
So whether Mo is developing web applications, infrastructure or just troubleshooting, you can be sure with this great team player, that the job is covered.

Tal has been an artist since she could hold a crayon... this is when her passion for art & design began. When she discovered Photoshop during an art class in high school, she was never the same again. She went on to study at NYU for Web Design & the prestigious Parsons School of Design in NYC.
In the industry, you are either a designer or developer...but not Tal! She seems to do the impossible by working as both a graphic designer & front end developer. Her ability to design & build a website from start to finish is what truly sets her apart.
Tal is not all business though, in her down time she’s an avid baker, specifically cupcakes....because they are so fun to design! Her collection of "designer vinyl art toys" are crazy cool. Tal may be Celine Dion’s biggest fan, having seen her 14 times in Las Vegas alone! She also loves sci-fi, old 80’s cartoons & we must also mention that she is a loving mom to Chloe, her 9 year old Ragdoll cat.
No matter the project, Tal is always excited to take on a new challenge. We assure you, no one is more passionate about designing & developing than Tal...she rocks!

Got a problem? Rachel can help.
When it comes to customer service, Rachel talks the talk & walks the walk. After working in customer service in various industries as everything from a certified Starbucks barista to a call center manager....you'll find that the word "impossible" is not in Rachel's vocabulary.
Well rounded does not even begin to describe our Rachel. Her interests include writing poetry, baking, bio-chemistry (a.k.a. "science geek") and all things nature. She's even admitted to crying over the beauty of autumn leaves before....but we try not to make fun of her for that.
Rachel is known to "bring it" as a gifted communicator. Her biggest strengths lie in her ability to connect with people, build long term relationships and always being able to find the bright side to any situation. In a nutshell, Rachel knows that nothing is as contagious as enthusiasm and good customer service is good business.
